Boyce Avenue is one of my all time favourite bands and I personally love the fact that they do their own material along side doing covers of popular and classic songs. In case you haven't heard of them let me give you a quick lowdown. They are a Florida based band made up of three brothers Alejandro, Fabian, and Daniel Manzano. First formed in 2004 and then in 2007 they decided to share their amazing talent with the world by starting their YouTube channel, which now has over 5million subscribers.
Boyce Avenue has toured steadily and frequently since 2009 and have had both their own tours and as a support act, most have which been sold out, specially their European tour including sell outs at Shepherd's Bush Empire in London, the Olympia Theatre in Dublin. They were also the opening act for One Direction's "Up All Night Tour" in Great Britain & Ireland after been found by member Louis Tomlinson. This defiantly shows the talent this band has and also the dedication they have to playing live music.
They also have their own record label 3 Peace Records, which they now produce their own CD's with. This also shows how much the band want to be hands on with everything to do with their music, videos and websites.
Boyce Avenue are defiantly a band to listen to with their strong acoustic sound and slight rock edge, you can find something you like by them! Also, as they play their own instruments and write their own songs you defiantly have to give them a whole lot of credit for, especially with them having their own label too! I love the facts that each song they do a cover of they turn it on it's head completly and make it their own - so much so you actually think it's their own material
